Prior to starting 4Corners Business Centers, I practiced law in Manhattan. Many of my clients who lived in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx did not want to come to Manhattan to see a lawyer. I did not want to lose those potential clients, but renting a full-time office outside Manhattan did not make economic sense and asking for favors from colleagues was uncomfortable after a few times.
